About Me
I am 'Rachel' aka ('Irish Rach' 'Wifey', and 'Mum'). I am 36 years young, still feel about 18 years old (although my level of exhaustion would beg to differ).
I am 'Irish' born in the beautiful city of 'Dublin' in Ireland. (If you haven't been, then you need to add it to your list it's a must see for sure). I am now residing in the wonderful county of 'West Yorkshire' with my husband and son Cody, and daughter Ciara.

I am a full time working mum, working for a local authority doing recruitment, events and social media which I absolutely love - I am a huge 'people person' and love supporting and helping others which my makes my job super rewarding.
I am currently on maternity leave, I recently had a baby (my beautiful daughter Ciara) so I am very much still recovering and navigating life as a family of four and enjoying every minute I can making memories with my family.

As a person I am super down to earth, open, honest and pretty much an 'open book'. I love to be creative and spend time with my family making incredible memories.

Growing up I was quite the little entertainer. I always loved to act and perform and be the certain of everyone's attention. Every given opportunity I was there ready to do give a verse of an Oscar Wilde poem, or reenact 'Annie' or showcase a new script I had learnt. From the age of 4 I was on stage performing acting verses, and attended stage schools both here and in Ireland. I studied 'Acting' for many years, I have performed on stage, TV & short films - and hold 6 IMDB credits. I am currently a regular 'Lunch Mate' on 'Stephs Packed Lunch' on Channel 4 - which is such a fun experience, I love being on TV and taking part and sharing my views on topical events and news.
I have a huge passion and love for the 'hospitality/events' sector - I have experience running VIP private events and weddings, managing restaurants, new business development, recruitment and being a national hospitality trainer. I started out as a waitress and door host when i was 15 mainly to help contribute to expensive train tickets for auditions and castings, and like most people I fell in love with 'hospitality' and found myself dedicating 18 years of my life to it, being a restaurant and hotel manager for many years!

I have a 'family/lifestyle' account on my social media channels and love to share our experiences as a family. I am really fortunate to work with huge brands, and small businesses on a freelance basis creating content around work and family life - something that all started back from a small social media page sharing my pregnancy journey in 2016 and haven't looked back since.
In my spare time, I love to explore and travel with my family - I love nature trails, going for walks, obsessed with being by the seaside - and fascinated with the 'moon' and 'astronomy' in general and enjoy exploring the night skies with my telescope.
I am still stuck in the early 2000's when It comes to my obsession for 'metal/rock' music - everything from 'Linkin Park', 'Limp Bizkit' and of course 'Foo Fighter's' and 'Kings of Leon'. So if you are a rock fan then I think we will get on really well!
I am a big foodie and love to eat out whenever I can. I am obsessed with exceptional service and just enjoy the whole 'dining experience' so if i have had an amazing experience you can be guaranteed I will be sharing it from the top of my lungs. I am always on the look out for new places to try - so feel free to recommend please.
I would definitely say I am on a 'spiritual journey' right now in life. If the last few year has taught me anything - it's 'life is too short' - it's been a very emotional and mentally tough time dealing with grief and ongoing anxiety but I am definitely in a much better place - I am more positive, and grateful for life than ever before. Day by day I am unlocking the power of the mind and what incredible things it can do. I am slowly but surely manifesting the life I have always dreamed of and it's exciting...
